The marketing collaboration will allow BioFocus to team its expertise as an integrated drug discovery service partner with IMD’s natural product lead-discovery know-how.
And the new alliance will allow them to offer their new natural product services to the pharmaceutical industry, as well as in animal health, and agrochemical industries.
Under the terms of the collaboration, IMD will make allow availability of its natural product screening libraries available as well as providing follow-on services to BioFocus.
In-turn BioFocus will incorporate these as part of its own integrated drug discovery offerings.
