The company – which specialises in high volume metal packaging and custom anodizing process for the medical, pharmaceutical, personal care and cosmetic packaging industries – are pumping in $8.7 million (€6 million) into the new facility.
On completion, the new anodizing production plant will measure 65,000 square-feet, and will play home to 185 new positions in the first three years of operation.
And the new plant’s location on the New Albany Business Park will place the Ohio-based firm in the campuses vertical production line.
New Albany spokesman Scott McAfee said: “Each company at this campus is playing a role in creating a vertical supply chain to quickly and cost effectively turn concepts into actual products on shelves.
“Businesses worldwide are taking note, and this campus has brought more than 1,000 new jobs to our region and our state in the last year alone."
