Patient Recruitment Outsourcing in emerging markets: the good, the bad, and the ugly

By Natalie Morrison

Companies outsourcing patient recruitment in emerging markets should have more people on the ground, according to Cutting Edge Information's Shaylyn Pike.

Pike, who is heads the emerging markets team at the pharmaceutical business research and decision support, joined us for a podcast as part of a series of interviews in the build-up to our Patient Recruitment Outsourcing conference this September.

She said: "I wouldn't say that outsourcing to emerging markets is a solution to all of the problems within the industry, but it is certainly piece of the puzzle that will balance it out."

For more information on patient recruitment, you can join us in Boston at our conference, on September 26th & 27th.
