Lilly inks deal with Kenexa to consolidate recruitment tasks
Eli Lilly is consolidating its global recruitment processes in major markets through an outsourcing deal with Kenexa.
Inking the five-year agreement, Kenexa’s largest global recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) deal, allows Lilly to consolidate its operations. Kenexa will now use its recruiting, assessment and survey services to support Lilly.
“Our selection process was rigorous and Kenexa met our expectations by showcasing their global RPO services capabilities and providing access to their centres of excellence in Asia, Europe, and the Americas”, Nancy Lange, senior director for Global Recruiting and Staffing at Lilly, said.
