DaVita bringing jobs to Denver in early phase expansion

DaVita is creating up to 200 jobs in Denver by opening an early phase clinical research unit and call centre.

Denver-headquartered DaVita is building the early phase unit to attract kidney disease clinical trials to the region. DaVita is also creating a call centre in Denver, Colorado to help patients find a place to get dialysis when travelling or relocating.

We are bringing these jobs to our new headquarters city because we have found Denver to be a great community to live and work in and a great community in which to do business”, Kent Thiry, DaVita chairman and CEO, said.

DaVita is also expanding internationally through the acquisition of Germany-based dialysis services business ExtraCorp. The deal gives DaVita a presence in Europe and follows expansions into India and Singapore.
