INC Research to close former Kendle office with loss of 66 jobs
US CRO INC Research will close an office it gained through its acquisition of Kendle International last year.

Operations at the office in Old Lyme, Connecticut will be wound by July 31 with the loss of 66 jobs according to a notice posted on the State’s Department of Labor website​ under US worker adjustment and retraining notification (WARN) regulations.

The contract research organisation (CRO) has not provided any additional details.

Connecticut news site TheDay.com​ reports that one of the 81 people INC employs in Old Lyme suggested that the 15 staff not facing redundancy are “likely to work from home.”
