Synexus sets up Poland office

Patient recruitment firm Synexus has opened a new office in Wroclaw, Poland in the latest stage in in expansion in the country.

A Synexus spokeswoman told Outsourcing-pharma.com the new site “is an admin office not a patient recruitment centre” and is in a different location than the site acquired when it bought Warsaw-based clinical research organisation Medical Centre Osteomed in 2012.

She explained that the new admin office was needed to handle the increasing amount of work Synexus is doing in Poland and other countries in the region.

This echoed comments by regional Managing Director, Dr Radoslaw Janiak who said “We have put in place a sophisticated patient engagement program which really improves the patient experience and it is these added-value extras which really pay dividends in terms of client success.”

Synexus has operated in the country since 2006, with its first site in Wroclaw. It expanded operations in 2009 with the acquisition of three research centres in Warsaw, Gdynia and Katowice and has continued to expand in the country in recent years.
